Job description

The Quality & Training Department supports all our hotel members and internal staff in developing their business and skills. This touches quality of services as well as personal growth and learning.

This position will add expert experience to your professional skills and qualifications and get you ready for the next step in your career path.

We need your

  • Solution oriented and independent way of working
  • Interest in backend processes
  • Focus for details

The main functions of the position are

  • Oversee and manage our global mystery shop process
  • Technical support of our LMS (user management, content, etc.)
  • 1st person of contact for all Quality & Training related support requests
  • Support of the Head of Department in global projects


You are made for this position if you:

  • Want to take first steps in people development and training
  • Easily comprehend workflow and context of processes
  • Have strong communication skills: you are able to adapt your communication to the target audience and keep track.
  • Are able to adapt your working style to the challenges and changes of an agile environment
  • Hospitality background is a plus, not a must
